2.      Prediction of metabolic biomarkers for human diseases through integration of functional genomics data with genome scale metabolic network  (Yrd. Doç. Dr. Kazım Yalçın ARĞA)

3.      Enhancing the effect of a drug candidate using metabolic pathway information (Doç. Dr. Berna Sarıyar AKBULUT)

4.      The biochemical features of Pycnoporus sanguineus cellulolytic complex  (Prof. Dr. Dilek KAZAN)

5.      The Use of “Marker- Assisted Selection (MAS)” Strategy in Agricultural Biotechnology” (Doç. Dr. Ahu Altınkut Uncuoğlu)

The students must choose three projects of their preference from above and submit a list of them to Head of Department until 27.09.2013.
